Open Training is an opportunity to practice skills you have learnt in class or learn new ones you haven’t tried before. This session is designed for our students to meet, play, train, create, laugh and socialise. It is not a structured class, whether you are looking to get in some focused training or just try new things with different people, this is the space for you. Our coaches will be available to assist you while also getting involved in the fun!
oPEN TRAINING sPACE
Our Open Training time is 3-6pm on Sundays (stay as little or as long as you chose). Think of it like ‘free time’ in the space. For example you may have learned skills during your Acro classes & would like to spend some time practicing. Benefits of practicing at the Studio include the use of our safety equipment (such as soft gymnastic flooring & landing mats) & the advice & assistance of our coaches who supervise the session. Open Training sessions are also great for making new friends, social connections & trying new things with other people. Creativity is encouraged! So whether you would like to ‘drill your skills’ or spend the afternoon getting creative with your body – this is the place for you!
