We are no longer operating out of our space in Warriewood BUT we are offering outdoor private sessions or small group classes for those requesting it. If you have a partner or a group of friends & interested in arranging a lesson, contact us.
We strive to make our session interesting, challenging & FUN. With private sessions or small group classes we ensure our coaches are able to spend time with each participant/group. We always cater to the individual participants to ensure the skill level is appropriate & to meet the wants & needs of our students.
Our coaches will guide you by thorough demonstration, breaking skills down into progressions & making you feel safe & supported. Each session is different to keep you interested, making sure you always learn something new while still building your foundations & incorporating skills learnt previously. We love it when students come up with creative ideas or want to try something they have seen online, so if you have a request just talk to our coaches & they will do their best to show you how!
Sessions are structured to include:
Warm Up exercises to improve mobility, strength & balance.
Floor or Standing Acro, or a combination of both depending on what you & your partner/friends want to learn.
ACRO FOR BEGINNERS
An introduction to Acro! Even if you are brand new, we can help you get started. Begin with the basics by learning body positions & gaining an understanding of alignment & techniques that make the poses achievable.
HANDSTANDS & HAND TO HAND BALANCE
Learn how to Handstand or balance on your partners hands. We will teach you what you need to know about being upside down. If you are just starting your handstand journey or ready to advance your hand to hand skills we can help.
ACROBALANCE & ADAGIO
AcroBalance includes a variety of Acro poses transitioned together to form flows and adagio movements that can be put together to create a fun sequence.

Sundays: Partner Acro

Enjoy a Sunday morning learning something new. Bring a partner or friend & learn the basics of partner acro, suitable for beginners.
Thursdays: Partner Acro Workout
with Chris & Monique
A combination of Partner Acro & Fitness. This session is designed to incorporate the fun of partner work, with exercise drills to get your body moving & heart rate up. A whole body workout that will improve strength, fitness & balance all while having fun.
Private Sessions can be arranged to suit your preferred day & time.
