Learn fun and interesting poses in our AcroBalance class, we will teach you how to create interesting shapes and how to transition between positions with fluid movements. AcroBalance and Adagio combines floor based poses with a standing adagio component.
We begin this class with a basic partner warmup – not only does this get you moving but it gets you moving together, forming a rhythm and timing between you and your partner.
We will teach you a variety of different floor AcroBalance poses and how to smoothly transition them with a flow of movement. You will then learn a standing adagio component which you can add to your creation.

This class is aimed at students who have some Acro experience. If you're brand new to Acro we recommend our Beginners class, but if you can't make it along on Mondays then you can join this class. If you're not sure or have a question, simply contact us and we help you find the right class for you.
Acro is more fun with a friend so we do recommend you bring a friend or partner with you. If you don't have one you can meet a new friend at the studio and work with one of our other students.
Super fun and friendly environment to learn all the Acro tricks! Definitely recommend for all levels, the classes always have several levels so everyone can pick up exactly where they are. Oh and it’s super fun!Leonie l
